Cossatot River State Park Natural Area

This park-natural area stretches for 12 miles along the wild and scenic Cossatot River, Arkansas's premier whitewater experience renowned as the best whitewater float stream in mid-America. Plan your kayaking and canoeing adventure in southwest Arkansas south of Mena.

Coyote Canyon Campground & Store

We offer a fun family atmosphere campground with pull through, full hookups with water, electric and sewer, all sites have 20, 30 and 50 amp. Some sites have just water and electric with dump station available. Site sizes up to 60’x100’ with Lots of big shady Oak Trees. We also offer cabins, a full service convenience store with groceries, ice, drinks, ice cream, fresh coffee, 4x4 supplies including tire repair kits, tie downs, oils, gas mixes, fuel, tools, accessories and free trail maps.

Mena Art Gallery

Mena Art Gallery is located in the small town of Mena, Arkansas, in the Ouachita Mountains. We support individual and community involvement in the creative arts, and we strive to inspire and serve all ages of artists.

Ouachita Little Theater

OLT’s mission is to plan productions, recruit qualified directors, perform shows for children and adults and produce workshops in the theater arts. We also bi-annually bestow the Benson Award, named after the first President of the OLT, Leda Benson, to deserving performers or contributors to the organization’s growth.

We are transforming our farm into an amazing experience for the entire family! From various workshops on sustainable and traditional gardening, artifacts, our mini western town, camping, fossils, and more.

The Glory Train

We are a miniature train and depot atop the beautiful Mena Mountain fourteen miles west of Mena, Arkansas. The Glory Train runs along two miles of track with stops along the way to view the southern vista or to click a picture of wildlife along its route.
